Fastway does not deliver in my area!

I had an order from SHEIN which had to be delivered to my house. The courier guy fro Fastway called me to say that he does not deliver in my area, I must meet him somewhere to pick up my parcel. I told him that I am at work and I cannot leave work because I work far. He then said I must ask someone to meet with him, i sent my daughter to meet with him at the local police station, but the delivery guy did not come.

When I called the depot I was given a million excuses of where my parcel was. I even tried to work out s solution with the guys st the depot but notning favourable could be agreed on. I only recieved my parcel the following day because I was threatning to make them pay me if they fail to deliver.

I do not understand why Fastway accepts parcels from their clients if they know that they do not deliver to the destinations required. This was my worst experience
