Fastway dissappoints

They have been delaying delivery of my parcels on many occasions and now they say they xoilsn't deliver and will try again. There was someone present the whole day so this is incorrect. Nobody called me either. Now I am on their WhatsApp support and no response after they took my name, waybill number....really poor client service.
