Fastway did not deliver goods

Placed an order with Temu, got an sms from Fastway this morning to say my parcel was out for delivery today, waited the whole day, when I went to track the parcel it shows it was delivered! I have not received it and have no idea where my parcel is! What happens now?? Can only submit an online form and have to wait until Mon or later who knows? Not good.
