Fastway Delivery Time Unacceptable!

I’m not happy at all with the Fastway delivery time. My parcel was "picked up" on 2020 07 10 and has not arrived yet on 2020 07 14.

I checked the tracking information on the website www.fastway.co.za and the same message is given on 2020 07 11, 13 and 14: The parcel has been left in the West Bay 3 and will be delivered on the next scheduled delivery".

WHAT is going on!?

I emailed my delivery address to them to confirm.

This is really not acceptable!

GET that parcel to me TODAY!
