Fastway delivery (khayelitsha)

I have a complaint about a fastway driver who always give me an attitude and hangs up my calls on me and insists on bringing my parcel to a wrong destination, this driver was suppose to deliver my parcel today at site b police station, he shouts and gives attitude and hangs up on you if you don’t agree to go and fetch your parcel at where he pleases, I have made complains numerous times about this guy and fastway does nothing about this specific driver!!!
