We placed orders from Temu. The one order came with one tracking number and they sent 7 other parcels with a different tracking number . The day the parcel arrived. My wife received it and asked the driver is that all when you gave her one parcel . He responded yes. When she asked the driver where must I sign and do you need my ID, he said no. I got home that night and said strange the email i received said parcels were delivered. I tried calling fastway couriers to see what was happening. They told me on their records parcels were delivered. I said one parcel way with this tracking number but the parcels with this other tracking number had not and on tge app said parcels received. When I asked since when do you not need to sign or show an ID as proof. He responded to say sir you alway sign and we have proof. I asked please to send it to me. She sent it to me on opening it i was shocked that was not even mine or my wife's hand writing or how I spell my name. I have tried calling fastway I fo not know how many times and I can't not get help or any answers. I would like to get to the bottom of this sndbin saying I will never use or recommend fastway to anyone.
