Fastway currier is worse Currier ever

This is the worse currier of them all, around December my order from temu was handed over to them, I receive that my parcel is on board the currier vehicle, I waited the whole day nothing come the following day I receive that I receive my package, And I was like what, I had to drive to the nearest reception in Phalaborwa gate kruger I ask if anyone receive my package, and nobody knows about I try contact them ,and a voice prompt answer that the must be contacted on WhatsApp, and the agent from Whatsapp respond saying you sign for your parcel that's all we can say, and the disappeared just like that , I have to go and dig deep to the security until I find the package, now again Temu did the same again send my order to them, since yesterday my parcel is inside currier vehicle nothing is coming ,I'm heart broken
