Fastway courrier service sucks

Absolute ******* service, status says can not deliver, but they did'nt even phone to say Hey im at your house or whatever just decided to take the parcel back to the depo which is near my house I will gladly pick it up from there, phoned the vereeniging depo and asked them to keep the parcell at the depo, nope sent it out again with the courrier because at the time I was close to the depo, after i said i will not be able to receive it at my home,now I have to phone after the driver, who told me that he wasn't going to be able to get the parcell to my location in time, so still no parcell.i just want my stuff .I payed for it.It says proud owner driver, nothing to be proud about mate.
