Fastway couries need to do better especially when picking the drives who delivers our packages

Yesterday I got a call from the driver telling me he was outside with my package, due to student protesting at work we working from home I tried to explain to the drive what was happening he was very rude and dropped the phone. I have the drives numbers but I will not share due to the POPI Act. I have never met anyone being that rude while working with customers it's unacceptable.
