Fastway Couries, Buffalo Couries

Hello everyone, my I had ordered a package from the company Shein (I had ordered with them successfully before). The company then selected Buffalo Couries to be the courier. Buffalo the sent the package to Fastway who never called, never gave any updates and all of a sudden send an email saying that package has been signed for and delivered. Trying to get ahold of anyone is a nightmare.
