Fastway Couriers worst services ever!!!

So fedup with fastway couriers it is a monthly issue with them. I fail to understand why companies are using Fastway couriers. For one week now my parcel is left in the bay daily returned and not delivered. I have escalated to no joy. You phone them and they cut the call. Their WhatsApp line is a BOT so no one to talk to, to track why the parcel is not being delivered daily. Everyday is only sorry's and so sick and tired of this services and I don't know why my order does not go through to Buffalo services. I hate fastway services period!!!
