Fastway Couriers worst in the world. Bobgo no better!

I have never had my time wasted as much as with this absolutely useless company. I will never use this company ever again. Not only did they not deliver the parcel I booked a delivery for, first they sent two different people to collect it showing that there is a problem with processes in the company, then they lost my parcel for a week so I had to personally deliver another parcel to the customer to prevent her from getting frustrated, then they said they located it and would return it. Then they **** twice about it being returned, making up a story about giving it to ''reception'' when the building doesn't have a reception. Then they **** about it being delivered to ''security'' when no security guard in the building knew anything about it. They forged a signature to try to show someone had received it. I wasted an hour of my day questioning everyone in the building management trying to find out if it had been dropped off somewhere incorrectly. No one had heard anything. Then they tried to deliver it to the customer 2 weeks later who thankfully told us about it so we knew they were blatantly lying about the above story. Then I had to spend 45min on the phone trying to understand what is going on and where the parcel is now. The parcel had subsequently expired so I couldn't resell it after all of this and Bobgo who was supposed to be the third-party managing all of these logistics completely copped out of doing their job. So much frustration and lost value due to all of this and no justice because neither company will take any responsibility. I can't believe what people get away with.
