Fastway Couriers worst deliver company ever

They couldn't even deliver my daughters parcel before Christmas they where supposed to deliver my parcel before the 12th December 2022 there customer service is even worst you can not get through to them I struggle from 12 o'clock until 5 o'clock to get hold of them you just get placed on hold they never bother to answer your phone calls I work at a school the school close on the 15th December they promise that the parcel will be delivered before 12 o'clock it never did I struggle for 5 hour to get hold of them they don't answer ther phones I sent emails no answer i lock into there website on Monday the 19th December to trace my parcel only to find out they deliver my parcel on Saturday 17th @the school no phone call from them they just gave my parcel to the gardener the gardener lock it in his room and he is on holiday until the 5th January 2023 can not open the school for me to get my parcel now because if Fastway courier my daughter will not have here Christmas gifts on the 25th December
