Fastway Couriers - Worst Courier Service Ever

If there was no stars I would give Fastway Couriers no stars at all. I have been waiting for 3 whole days to receive my parcel from them. They don't pitch up when they say they are going to deliver my parcel. They driver lies and says that he was at my house but never phoned my number or pressed my number at the gate. They send me an email each morning to say that my parcel will be delivered today and by three o'clock I'm phoning them to find out where their driver is and then they say no he's coming and then the driver just doesn't bother to pitch up. They probably won't even care about this post as it seems that this company's motto is not customer service, they don't give a dame about customers who have been given to them by Buffalo Couriers. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a courier company and I would not suggest anyone ever uses them.
