FASTWAY COURIERS wors courier

FastWay couriers was scheduled to deliver my parcel today the 19th November, 10h39 there's was n call from Ant Anika, it was blocked by my phone, my phone is setup to block certain calls as this number didn't say FastWay courier. 11h13 I phoned the number and I found that it is the person that do the FastWay deliverys, the person said they on there way to ***amas and will deliver my parcel after 16h00, no messages none was send to me, 17h42 I phoned again and the person said they in Augrabies and will deliver it late, no messages was send to me, 20h26 I phoned again didn't here from them, when pickup I could here person is at his home, I told him I can hear his at home and his answer, I just came at home, I told him what I think about this delivery, he said he can bring or tomorrow morning I said it's late he must bring it tomorrow. No messages none from them to let me know about situation, as I was waiting as promised. I had a lot of deliverys from other couriers and all of them was incontact with me, this FastWay is worse, terrible according to me
