Fastway couriers very slow and sloppy

Poor communication and misleading information given by Fastway regarding delivery of a parcel collected from the supplier on 10 September and still not delivered. They said it was out for delivery between 1 and 2 pm. No courtesy call or sms that they cannot deliver as promised. Fastway Couriers: Hi, your parcel 2R*** is out for delivery today.
