Fastway Couriers - Very poor service

I have never experienced such bad service as received from Fastway Courier, more specifically Fastway Couriers Brits. They collected a parcel from Copperleaf on Wednesday, being the 5th of June 2024, and same was suppose to be delivered to Magalies Park on the 6th of June 2024. I contacted them the afternoon of the 6th of June 2024 to find out where is my parcel, and there was no answer for approximately 2 hours. Gave it another attempt the morning of the 7th of June 2024, and after about 6 attempts a female employee answered, and she was not very helpful at all. She told me that they will search for the parcel and get back to me. It is 19h39 on the 7th of June 2024 and I am still waiting for the call from Fastway Couriers Brits. I am still waiting for my parcel to be delivered.
