FASTWAY COURIERS - Very Poor customer service and unprofessional !!!

Ordered something online and Fastway couriers were tasked with delivering the parcel. No delivery SMS or Email was sent confirming time and date for delivery. Fastway Courier driver called me out of the blue saying they were outside at my home, while I was of course not at home. I requested a later delivery date that day as I would rush home to accommodate the driver . Driver confirmed a later delivery time that same day, but 24 hours later still no driver or delivery. I call the Fastway Cape Town office to follow up on my delivery and was asked some details and promised a cal back, but 24 hours and still no call back. Terrible service with unprofessional staff. E-Commerce companies should really be cautious as to the courier service they partner with as it impacts negatively on their brand.
