Fastway couriers verry inefficient

This company is one very inefficient company I wonder how Temu got contracted to them. I've been patiently waiting for my order since Monday.I stay in Durban then Fri the notification says it's been received at the Cape Town depot 🙄...and I requested a speed up bcos I need the item for this weekend.,so I need to change my plans.Temu should review the contract they have with this company This is not .
