Fastway Couriers Useless!!!!

useless!!!!!! My package came quicker to SA from China than it did from fastway to me.... I still don't have my package!!! Ive been waiting 2 weeks just to get it from them to me. I get a notification the package is on board the courier vehicle next moment its back at the warehouse. When I phone I get shouted at by rude staff!!! Telling me I'll get ny package today for the past weeeeek!!!!!!!
