Fastway Couriers unacceptable services

I have unfortunately been having a lot of issues with this company. I have a delivery that was due last week. been calling the customer service line numerous times. I keep being put on hold. I was told my parcel would be delivered last week Friday. it's now a week later. I have to be the one using my resources to follow up on someone else's incompetence. This lack of good service is so so disappointing, time consuming, costly and frustrating.
