Fastway Couriers **** to me!

I am so disappointed in Fastway Couriers Pta branch. They were supposed to deliver my parcel on Friday last week the latest. Normally I get a confirmation email that they will be delivering on the day. I only got the email at 16h00 on Friday afternoons. I was hoping that they would still come. I am not available on Saturdays for business. On Saturday morning I received an email saying they were unable to deliver my parcel sorry that they missed me. They will deliver with the next delivery. Which I assumed will then be Monday. I never got another confirmation email or phone call from them that they would deliver on Saturday. I decided to put in a day's leave to be home to receive the parcel. I've been trying to get hold if Pta branch since 8h00 this morning and eventually after 9h00 I got to speak to a lady. She asked me to hold on while she try to contact the driver. She confirmed that she has spoken to the driver and that my parcel will be delivered today. Now, a few minutes ago, Fastway Couriers Pta phoned me to say that my parcel will only be delivered tomorrow since they attended to deliver on Saturday and nobody was home. I took a day's leave an cannot afford to put in another day. They **** to me over and again. I will never use them in my own capacity.
