FASTWAY COURIERS - THEFT OUT OF A PARCEL - THINK TWICE BEFORE CHOSING THEM!!

What is worse than having theft out of your parcel that is in the care of a courier company - it is a courier company that do not even acknowledge and take responsibility for the theft by one of their staff members.

I am so disappointed with the management of FastWay Couriers Port Elizabeth - I returned stock from Port Elizabeth to Cape Town via FastWay and we had theft to the value of R6000 (cost price) out of the sealed box. The company were so unprofessional about the incident and it has never dealt with - like ostriches, they stuck their head in the sand and hoped we would forget about it. A small business cannot forget about a R6000 loss. They were actually not interested in our complaint - the ***** is possibly still working for the company. Think twice before using FastWay Port Elizabeth !!
