Fastway couriers - the worst

The worst courier service. Landline cut's you off after waiting for 15minutes for someone to answer , Whatsapp number they give to track parcel never works and you always get a "something went wrong " or "we are experiencing technical difficulties" message and the website order tracking does not work either. None of the drivers answer their phones and if they do , they are rude and not willing to help because "its not their area". We have been struggling with x2 orders that was sent via fastway couriers. One of the 2 orders we have been waiting for since 20/01/2025 and still have not received any feedback regarding where the parcel is. I will NEVER EVER make use of fastway couriers !
