Fastway Couriers - The nightmare of Courier Services

This must be the absolute worst courier company in South Africa!!! Unfortunately, the company I order from only uses this useless courier service - and for the past 5 years - I have absolutely never had my package delivered within the 3 days as promised. The telephones are never answered, and if you're lucky that it is answered, you have the most unmannered and unhelpful personnel. I am now instructed to follow up on my parcel - because the call centre cannot assist me and give me answers as to where my parcel is!. And do not request to speak to a manager - because they are just never available
