Fastway Couriers Terrible Service

I have tried numerous times over the last week to contact Fastway in regards to my Temu order and with no success, I just keep getting told that the next available consultant will contact me with the information. It is ridiculous the service that they give, there just isn't any at all, we are customers who have paid alot of money to ship things and they don't even care if you receive your packages.
