Fastway Couriers terrible service

Truly shocking service. Don't use Fastway. I've been waiting at home for two days for a package and have never received a call. I see that my package has been returned to the depot twice now (when tracking it). When I try to use the chatbot or FB chat, nobody responds. When I call and I'm redirected to track the parcel or Ops, nobody responds. When I called reception, she redirected me and now just puts my call down - extremely rude. Should be fired, as that's her only job - to answer the phone. Fastway seems completely ***********. Have received two other packages in the last two days from the Courier Guy and SkyNet - rather use them!
