Fastway Couriers terrible communication unlike Buffalo Logistics, TEMU orders.

Your website updates for TEMU orders are terrible and basic, unlike Buffallo Logistics that updates their online tracking in detail. This is the first time my parcel is sent with Fastway. Your updates seems extremely strange, but the customs vat payment notification was surely sent to my email.

I would like to know where my package is now? I tried your online helpdesk but even there is no replies from any agent. Rather remove this feature because it's useless.
