Fastway couriers - Temu order

I have been waiting for my order for over a week, yesterday09/07/2025 I called Fastway and advise the lady that they can leave my parcel at work same address at reception , today this person called he confirmed his name is Kabelo , contact number ***, he confirmed his on his way around 14h00 , he never arrived , in the evening I contacted him confirming that someone was waiting for the order he never arrived , he confirmed he had a wrong address , ondderkers bypass but I never gave this address , he confirmed he will give it to another driver tomorrow , so unprofessional , he did not even take correct address , speaking over me not professional at all , I am not sure if Fastway couriers this is how they run their business is just shocking the level of unprofessionalism ,I am not even sure if I will still receive my order as the company does not care , I had to do the follow up myself , they do not boarder to contact a person or even their drivers to confirm they no longer coming!!!!!!! Service failure!!!!
