FASTWAY COURIERS SUCKS BIG TIME

My Parcel arrived in Cape Town on Sunday(28/11/2021). Monday(29/11/2021) it was sent out for delivery. lo and behold, I received an email saying they were unable to deliver. I said to myself ok no worries. Come Tuesday(30/11/2021) again I received the same email, today(01/12/2021)I tried to contact them on ***, held on for 30 minutes. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT, no one is answering the phones. And this is not the 1st time I experience such terrible service from yourselves, now I wonder if I will ever receive my parcel?????
