Fastway Couriers (South Africa)_Poor Service

Terrible service. I was supposed to receive a parcel today. The guy checks in at reception, and waits for a while. He then leaves. I was in a meeting therefore i could not see that he checked in. He checked in at 14:19. I got out the meeting at 14:45. I called the depot. They called the driver. He says he is too far and will deliver tomorrow, and goes on to say that he waited over an hour, which was utter lies. After 5 minutes, he could have told reception call me, or he could have called as he has all my details. He did not do this and just left. Poor service!
