Fastway Couriers South Africa bad service

*********** courier service. Lying about deliveries. I have resend my address and contact number numerous times. They keep on saying delivery today with follow up email few hours later that they could nit deliver parcel. I staked out my gate today and there was nobody near it from this company. No phone call nothing. My parcel is bow seven working days overdue. There is also no way that they could of made the round trip from their depot to me and back in the timeframe that I received the no delivery notifucation.
