Fastway Couriers (South Africa) - A no show, no response to any avenue of communication type of courier... A courier that does not call, or ever show up to deliver your parcel.

Every morning, since 08/04/2024 I have been receiving an email to say my Parcel is out for delivery today. Yet everyday I do not receive the parcel. I do not receive a phonecall for delivery issues, nothing. Just a no show from this courier.

I have tried all avenues to contact them with no reply, whatsapp, online chat, email and each time I call there is not answer no matter if I asked to speak to customer service or reception, you are placed on hold waiting for someone to answer until either your airtime is depleted or they eventually cut the call.

No reply to email, online enquiry, whatsapp, facebook nothing.

What kind of service are you running????
