Fastway couriers should close down completely!

According to the tracking details of my parcel, pietermaritzburg depot had picked it up 4 days ago, but kept failing to deliver everyday. No reason given. Eventually tracking states courier unable to locate consignee. Nobody called me. I had called numerous times both durban and pietermaritzburg depot. Durban service was pathetic. Pietermaritzburg had not answered the phone until now. Online whatsapp service states the courier said my delivery address was closed. All lies. My delivery address is open 24 hours! After obtaining the number of the manager of the pmb depot, he alleges his driver said my phone was off, and that the parcel only arrived yesterday. Also both complete lies. Worst service from a courier company!! No accountability. No SERVICE TO CONSUMER.
