Fastway Couriers should change their name to "SLOWWWWW & Don't Care Couriers"

This is another sad case for a courier company. (and I am beeing nice)

There was a parcel booked (for collection and deliver) with Fastway on Thusday... today is Friday and it was not yet collected. So 4 days to date and no action by Fastway, it has NOT even been collected at this hour.

What is going on?!

I had to pick up my phone, phone them, and ask what is the problem, why had it not been delivered OR even collected.

"Oh, we will collect it today." I was told ( 4 days later???) It will be deliverd on Monday.

No reason was given, even though I asked. "I dont know why..." was said.

BUT do you realize that MONDAY will then be DAY SEVEN (7 days) since booking??? SAPO is faster that Fastway Couriers!

So what do I do now??? I needed it for the weekend! Am I getting a refund for bad service? There was more than enough time! What is your problem?

I sould have demanded the sender use TCG, seriously! I would have forgotten the delivery date already.
