FASTWAY Couriers should be called SLOWESTWAY Couriers.

Useless, inefficient and one of the worst courier companies available in S Africa. After 4 days of their having received the item to be couriered to Durban, they had not yet sent it. Hopeless phoning the Durban branch. They have not discovered the telephone or mobile to date. Emails are not responded to. JHB branch at least has a contact number and a semblance of customer service but no action is taken. Tracking claims the item is en route but en route takes days. Possibly a horse and buggy would be faster. What a ridiculous name to give a courier company when the word fast is not understood. Never send items with this crowd.
