Fastway Couriers - Shocking Service

Poor communication and service. On the 24th of December my Temu parcel was collected by Fastway from the SA Freight and still no delivery. No notification, ZIP! the WhatsApp service is useless, If you call the Landline, no-one answers. There is actually no way to speak to a human to find out anything. My parcel eventually, indicated out for delivery, but when trying to find out expected time, once again no help. So you sit all day hoping the parcel will actually arrive. The driver has been on the road since 7:48am and at 15:50pm no communication at all. Just left blind. Shocking!
