Fastway Couriers SHOCKING service

Fastway Couriers are utterly useless, i have used them for years but in the past 4 to 5 months they have fell apart. The service is shocking (would prefer to use another word) you can never get hold of the driver, the Whatsapp collection platform is pathetic. It takes 2 to 3 days just to collect a parcel. Customer service is NON EXISTANT!!! No one responds back, you can send complaints on the website, via email, you just don't give a ****!!!! Shame on this company.....will be changing service provider ASAP.
