Fastway Couriers SA Manager - CANDICE ESAU

I am utterly dissatisfied and disgusted with the service at this courier branch due to the branch manager - CANDICE ESAU’s behavior. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via messages and calls, CANDICE has consistently refused to respond, which is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Such a lack of accountability and basic customer service is not what anyone should experience. I strongly urge the company to address this issue and improve their standards to ensure customers are treated with respect and timely assistance. I am left speechless with this womans behavior!
