Fastway Couriers Rude and shocking service

I ordered clothes via Miladys online, I Received a email from Fastway that my orders has been delivered and signed for. However I have NOT received this parcel and there is no way of contacting the Harrismith depot. Shocking service from Fastway Couriers!!
