Fastway couriers, quick to escape responsibility

Utterly dissatisfied with this company.

My parcel status has been updated to signed and delivered, however I have not received ANYTHING.

R300 worth of airtime later trying to get hold of them, waiting on the line for the “next available representative” and still no-one to assist me.

You would’ve thought that a reputable company like Buffalo would subcontract a company more reliable.
