Fastway Couriers pulling a fast one

I missed a call for the delivery of a parcel on the 2nd of February and after calling I was told that it would be delivered the following day. On the 3rd I tracked the parcel and it was said to be on the delivery truck the whole day, but later in the even when I checked again it said the driver had attempted to deliver to no avail. This is not true, I never got a call from them today.

This is the second time my partner and I are disappointed by this courier services. They service is really poor.
