Fastway couriers PTA call centre

Fastway couriers received my parcel and its taking them forever to deliver it. When I call the Pretoria centre, I waited for nearly an hour to be connected to someone and my airtime even ran out as I was speaking to them. I expected them to contact me back as concerned service providers, to my surprise they didn't. I've been calling their line ever since and I'm not being connected through to anyone. I'm frustrated, I need my parcel delivered.
