Fastway couriers - PoorPoorPoor tracking systems

Since 31 December I cannot track my PETWORLD order, the shipment status is not updated and the company contact methods is up to no use, telephone answering service indicate overload of calls all hours of the day so I was referred to the FASTWAY WhatsApp as method of tracking delivery status, until now it's a futile effort as the bot give excuses instead of tracking records.

Rather go to the stores you will at least have your purchase immediately.
