Fastway Couriers poor service

Shocking service. Ordered from Temu, order was delivered into SA and picked up in 7 days. Been with Fastway 7 days. No reply to my queries and no reply from the agent delivering to our area. Will be contacting Temu and requesting to review using this company. Worst service from a courier ever.
