Fastway couriers - poor delivey times and no communication

Atrocious service from the Witbank branch. Our parcel has been in their DC since Tuesday. It is for a mass event this Sunday. The DC does not answer the phone at all. None of the couriers listed for this area answer their phones or try to return a call. Twice I've logged online enquiries on the Fastway website, and all one gets is a "we will look into it" response, which could have been written by a bot. not even a phone call from anyone at this company to follow up or apologise. TRULY PATHETIC SERVICE.

THE DELIVERY TIMES QUOTED ON THE FASTWAY WEBSITE SIMPLY CANNOT BE TRUSTED. IF IT IS GOING TO TAKE MORE THAN A WEEK TO DELIVER A PARCEL, WHY DOES THE QUOTE SAY 3 DAYS. ****!!!
