Fastway couriers poor customer service

Very very very poor service, rude courier person who actually swore at me because he was struggling to get the address. He waited 2 minutes and when I came to collect he was gone, just 1 floor apart. I called head office and was told that they would call me back. They don't notify you when your delivery is being made. I would never recommend this courier company to anyone!
