Fastway couriers poor and lack of communication service

I got an email today saying I should expect my parcel. The whole day goes by, I receive an email around 5pm that my parcel has been taken back to the depot due to the courier guy could not get a hold of me, yet I not at any point during the day received any communications from the company about my parcel leading to the parcel is by the gate

They have inconvenienced me the whole day and have not taken initiative to apologise for not making no communication with me whatsoever

Their WhatsApp line says they prioritise messages yet they ignored all my messages the whole day, horrible service
