Fastway Couriers Pathetic

The most pathetic courier company I've ever felt with. Why Temu use them baffles my mind. This is the second time they have to deliver to me and both times the "could not find my address"I have been waiting for my parcel since before Christmas 3 delivery attempts. Still no parcel. Upon phoning the warehouse last week I was told I can collect my parcel. Really, I'm not the courier and your costs are included in my price. You are pathetic, unhelpful and ***********. The previous courier had no problem to find me, why is it so impossible for you. You do not know the meaning of customer service, typical South Africa. Rather close your doors you are not worth the name Fastway.
