Fastway Couriers or rather SLOWway

In February I was expecting a parcel delivered by Fastway and the service is really bad. On day 1 I received a notification my parcel was out for delivery, very excited waited the whole day and nothing. This then repeated for 5 days until I finally received my package. I tried numerous times to contact them with no avail, them telling you to contact them on a WhatsApp line. Which I did but 3 months later they did not even respond beyond what's my.tracking number and name. Now 3 months later I am in the same boat, on day 3. This time I managed to get the drivers number, yesterday they promised to deliver, that did not happen today they won't answer my call. It literally feels like they are holding you hostage having to sit and wait for a package. If I had a choice I would never use Fastway, they are just the absolute worst. If I could they would get no stars, 1 star is even to much for their service. Just want to mention this is the Capetown depot.
